Home on the Green Pastures was founded in July 1993 as a non-profit organization.
HOGP’s mission is to ensure physical safety for women and children who are victims of domestic violence and empower them for self-reliance and independence. We fight to eradicate strong cultural stigma associated with domestic violence victims, creating healthier communities for survivors.
HOGP’s faith mission is to uphold the teachings of the Holy Bible by loving and caring for our neighbors. We believe that the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the Word of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that His is the only Name by which we can be saved.
